101 INTEGRATED SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2021 รายงานความยั่งยืนแบบบูรณาการ ประจำ �ปี 2564 GC has developed the GRC Health Check system to support the assessment of awareness, understanding and effectiveness of communications in relation to Governance, Risk Management & Internal Control, and Compliance, or GRC, for executives and employees of GC Group via online access to enhance efficiency in preparation, compilation and analysis of assessment data and encourage an integrated GRC work method. Under the GRC Health Check system, the assessment can be categorized according to target groups while the status of a user’s response to assessments can be tracked in its entirety. The assessment results in 2021 found that GC conducted corporate governance communications within the organization on a frequent basis, or equivalent to 88 percent. บริษัทฯ จัดท� ำระบบ GRC Health Check รองรับการประเมินการรับรู้ ความเข้าใจ และประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารด้านการก� ำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี (Governance) การบริหาร ความเสี่ยง และการควบคุมภายใน (Risk Management & Internal Control) และ การก� ำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและ กฎ ระเบียบ (Compliance) หรือ GRC ส� ำหรับผู้บริหารและพนักงานของกลุ่มบริษัทฯ ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดท� ำแบบประเมิน การเก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ ผลประเมิน รวมถึงส่งเสริมการท� ำงานแบบบูรณาการด้าน GRC โดยสามารถ แยกแบบประเมินตามกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และติดตามสถานะการเข้าตอบแบบประเมิน ของผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างครบถ้วน ทั้งนี้ ผลการประเมินในปี 2564 พบว่าบริษัทฯ มีการสื่อสารในเรื่องการก� ำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีภายในองค์กรอย่างสม�่ ำเสมอ หรือ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88 GRC Health Check แบบประเมิน GRC Health Check FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS OUR STRATEGY IN ACTION ABOUT THIS REPORT APPENDIX OUR BUSINESS
