บริษัทฯ ก� ำหนดโครงสร้างการก� ำกับดูแลและการบริหาร จัดการการด� ำเนินงานด้านการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก (Decarbonization) ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่ระดับกรรมการบริษัทฯ จนถึงระดับปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้การด� ำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งหมดเป็นไปอย่างบูรณาการและมีประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมาย Net Zero โดยบริษัทฯ ก� ำหนดให้คณะบริหาร Management Committee (MC) ท� ำหน้าที่ก� ำหนดและทบทวนนโยบาย แนวทางการด� ำเนินงาน และเป้าหมายด้านการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน และพิจารณาแนวทางการด� ำเนินงานตามกรอบยุทธศาสตร์ ความยั่งยืนของบริษัทฯ ที่ครอบคลุมการบริหารจัดการ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และการบริหารจัดการ เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงาน ของคณะกรรมการการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Committee: SDC) ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ก� ำหนดกลยุทธ์ และทิศทางของการด� ำเนินงานด้านความยั่งยืนของบริษัทฯ GC has established a decarbonization governance and management structure, covering from director level through to operational level, to enable integration and efficiency in all processes according to the company’s Net Zero Target. In this regard, GC has appointed Management Committee (MC) to oversee the establ ishment and revision of sustainable development policies, approaches, and goals as well as consider operating guidelines according to GC’s sustainbility strategy framework which include climate change management and c i rcul ar economy management. The MC also supports the Sustainable Development Committee (SDC) in its duty to shape GC’s sustainability strategies and directions.
