ผลการด� ำเนินโครงการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มของผลิตภัณฑ์โดยมี ลูกค้าเป็นศูนย์กลางธุรกิจ ในปี 2564 บริษัทฯ ได้สร้างเครือข่าย ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการกับคู่ค้า และลูกค้า ส่งผลให้บริษัทฯ ได้รับความพึงพอใจโดยรวม ของลูกค้าร้อยละ 93 As a result of the customer-centered value enhancement solution, a network for collaborative product and services development with suppliers and customers was formed while the overall customer satisfaction rate stood at 93 percent in 2021. บริษัทฯ ร่วมมือกับภาคีเครือข่ายในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการอย่างยั่งยืนโดยมีลูกค้าเป็นศูนย์กลางธุรกิจ โดยใช้ CSC ในการให้ค� ำปรึกษา ออกแบบ และพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์คาร์บอนต�่ ำ ควบคู่กับการ ส่งสริมการใช้วัสดุฐานชีวภาพและวัสดุรีไซเคิล ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ Upcycling ภายใต้เครื่องหมายการค้า “Upcycling by GC” ซึ่งเป็นการน� ำขยะพลาสติกมาแปรรูป และเพิ่มการออกแบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อผลิตเป็นสินค้า แฟชั่นร่วมกับคู่ค้า ลูกค้า และเครือข่ายในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ 6 กลุ่มธุรกิจ ได้แก่ ธุรกิจบรรจุภัณฑ์ (Packaging) ธุรกิจงาน ฝีมือ (Craft/Wood) ธุรกิจแฟชั่น (Fashion) ธุรกิจออกแบบ อุตสาหกรรม (Industrial Design) อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับ (Jewelry) และธุรกิจการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม (Architecture โดยในปี 2564 มีผลิตภัณฑ์ Upcycling จ� ำนวน 81 ผลิตภัณฑ์ คิดเป็นยอดขาย 17.8 ล้านบาท GC has collaborated with network partners to develop sustainable products and services while putting customers at the center of our business. The CSC serves as a platform for consultation, design, and development to create low-carbon innovations in tandem with promoting the use of bio-based and recycled materials. Under the “Upcycling by GC” trademark, GC develops upcycling products where plastic waste is transformed and designed by experts for the manufactur ing of fashion products in collaboration with suppliers, customers, and our network in six industrial business groups, namely packaging, craft/wood, fashion, industrial design, jewelry, and architecture. In 2021, there were 81 upcycling products, worth 17.8 million baht.
