โครงการชนะเลิศด้านนวัตกรรมความปลอดภัย Equipment Transport Bridge for T-5205 เป็นโครงการที่พัฒนา กระบวนการท� ำงานเพื่อลดการใช้แรงงานคนและรถเครน ขนาดใหญ่ในการขนย้ ายเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ แต่ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการท� ำงานและความปลอดภัย ในการปฏิบัติงาน One Supervisor One B-CAREs was formulated in accordance with GC’s Zero Accident Strategy in Leadership. Each business unit (BU) encouraged employees in safety operations and to nominate outstanding safety projects for selection by a central committee. Awards were given to the winners during the “SEEK Day” event. The details of all project entries will be recorded in the GC Share Point and communicated through the Newsletter to allow opportunities to exchange, learn from and further utilize such knowledge. A total of 239 projects were included in this year’s program, consisting of 175 safety innovation projects and 64 safety culture projects. The winners of the safety innovation category and the safety culture category are “Equipment Transport Bridge for T-5205 (REF)” and “PHN Smart Activity Protect (PHN)”, respectively. บริษัทฯ จัดท� ำโครงการ One Supervisor One B-CAREs ซึ่งเป็นโครงการสอดคล้อง ตาม Zero Accident Strategy ด้าน Leadership โดยให้แต่ละหน่วยธุรกิจ (Business Unit: BU) รณรงค์ด้านการมีส่วนร่ วมและคัดเลือกผลงานการด� ำเนินงานด้าน ความปลอดภัยดีเด่นภายใน BU โดยให้คณะกรรมการกลางคัดเลือกผลงานในทุก BU เพื่อรับรางวัลในกิจกรรม SEEK Day ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะจัดเก็บข้อมูลของทุกผลงานไว้ใน Share Point และสื่อสารผ่าน Newsletter เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ และนําไปต่อยอด โดยในปีนี้มีโครงการด� ำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยที่เข้าร่วมโครงการนี้ทั้งหมด 239 โครงการ แบ่งเป็นโครงการด้านนวัตกรรมความปลอดภัย 175 โครงการ และโครงการ ด้านวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย 64 โครงการ โดยโครงการชนะเลิศด้านนวัตกรรม ความปลอดภัย ได้แก่ Equipment Transport Bridge for T-5205 (REF) และโครงการ ชนะเลิศด้านวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย ได้แก่ PHN Smart Activity Protect (PHN) The award-winning project in safety innovation, “Equipment Transport Bridge for T-5205”, streamlines the work process to reduce the use of human labor and large cranes in moving tools and equipments, and increases operational efficiency and safety.
