Human Rights Management Framework กรอบการจัดการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน บริษัทฯ ได้จัดท� ำกรอบการจัดการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนขึ้น เพื่อให้เป็นแนวทางในการด� ำเนินงาน ติดตาม และสร้าง ความตระหนัก เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพด้านการด� ำเนินงาน มากยิ่งขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ นอกจากนั้น บริษัทฯ ยังก� ำหนดกระบวนการตรวจสอบ ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนอย่างรอบด้าน (Human Rights Due Diligence: HRDD) เพื่อเป็นการจัดล� ำดับความส� ำคัญประเด็น ความเสี่ยงด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนในองค์กร รวมถึงแนวทาง การป้องกัน แก้ไข และเยียวยาผลกระทบด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน ให้เหมาะสมกับระดับความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น พร้อมทั้งจัดท� ำ แผนติดตามผลการด� ำเนินงานป้องกันและแก้ไขให้มีประสิทธิภาพ GC has established the Human Rights Management Framework as a guideline in operating, monitoring, and raising awareness as wel l as enhancing performance efficiency. The Framework consists of five processes: Furthermore, GC has also established the Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) to prioritize human rights risks in the organization as well as define preventive, corrective and remedial measures that are appropriate for potential risk levels. GC has also formulated a plan to monitor the efficiency of preventive and corrective performance.
