Customer data privacy Human Rights Risk Assessment การประเมินความเสี่ยงและลดผลกระทบด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน บริษัทฯ ประเมินความเสี่ยงทางด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนภายใน กลุ่มบริษัทฯ ตลอดโซ่คุณค่าตั้งแต่ปี 2558 ครอบคลุม ทุกพื้นที่การด� ำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ตลอดจนบริษัทร่วมทุน กิจการควบรวมและกิจการที่เข้าซื้อ รวมถึงคู่ค้าที่ส� ำคัญ ในกลุ่มจัดหาวัตถุดิบ สินค้า และการบริการของบริษัทฯ เป็นประจ� ำทุกปี เพื่อจัดท� ำแนวทางการจัดการในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติการ ที่มีความเสี่ยงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เกณฑ์การประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนพิจารณาจาก 2 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ โอกาสที่จะเกิดขึ้น และความรุนแรงของ ผลกระทบ ครอบคลุมสิทธิมนุษยชนทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ สิทธิแรงงาน สิทธิชุมชน โซ่ อุปทาน ความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม และสิทธิผู้บริโภค ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้ก� ำหนดมาตรการควบคุมและบรรเทา ผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดขึ้น และประเมินความเสี่ยงที่เหลืออยู่ (Residual Risks) หลังจากจัดท� ำแนวทางการป้องกัน และแก้ไขด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนในการด� ำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งพบว่าความเสี่ยงด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนที่เหลืออยู่อยู่ในระดับสูง 1 รายการ และความเสี่ยงในระดับปานกลาง 6 รายการ โดยบริษัทฯ ได้จัดท� ำแนวทางควบคุมและฟื้นฟูประเด็น ความเสี่ยงด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน ดังนี้ GC has performed human rights risk assessment within GC Group across the supply chain since 2015, covering all company operating sites, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and 1st tier critical feedstock and non-feedstock suppliers on an annual basis to provide effective management guidelines for areas at risk. The criteria for human rights risk assessment are based on two factors, namely likelihood and severity of impact. The assessment covers six human rights aspects, namely labour rights, community rights, supply chain, safety, environment, and consumer rights. GC has established measures to control and mitigate potential impacts as well as assessed residual risks after established preventive and corrective measures regarding human rights for our business operations. The assessment found that the residual risk level is at high level for one issue and at medium level for six issues.
