GC has built on the YOUTURN platform, a fully integrated used plastic management system, to help medical personnel stay safe from COVID-19 by transforming used PET bottles from the YOUTURN platform into fibers to produce reusable Level 2 PPE gowns that can be washed and reused up to 20 times. Not only do these gowns play a part in tackling environmental problems, but they also provide protection from the COVID-19 pandemic for medical personnel.
