However, the implementation of a strong risk management system has enabled GC to efficiently handle such challenges. Our risk management approach is in line with the international standards of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission, or COSO ERM 2017, and the International Organization for Standardization, or ISO 31000:2018, as well as the Thai Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies - 2017. Furthermore, GC has integrated risk management, into the areas of Governance, Risk Management and Internal Control System, and Compliance, or GRC, to comprehensively prevent, reduce and alleviate impact from risks throughout the organization.
