ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรม และโครงการต่างๆ ตลอดจน จัดช่องทางการสื่อสารการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง และระบบ ควบคุมภายใน รวมถึงการบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ ที่หลากหลาย อาทิ การสื่อสารผ่านระบบอินทราเน็ต จดหมายข่าว E-Learning รวมทั้งมีการน� ำระบบดิจิทัลมาประยุกต์ใช้ เป็นช่องทางการรายงานข้อมูลเหตุฉุกเฉิน และเป็นศูนย์รวม ข้อมูล เช่น ระบบจัดการข้อมูลกรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Incident Management System: IMS) เป็นต้น เพื่อเสริมสร้าง วัฒนธรรมการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงในองค์กรให้เข้มแข็ง นอกจากนี้ ในปี 2564 บริษัทฯ ได้เพิ่มช่องทางการเรียนรู้ รูปแบบออนไลน์ (E-Learn i ng ) ครอบคลุมทั้งด้ าน การก� ำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี (Governance) การบริหารความเสี่ยง และการควบคุมภายใน (Risk Management and Internal Control) และการก� ำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตาม กฎหมาย กฎ ระ เบียบ (Comp l i ance ) หรือ GRC เช่น หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงองค์กร ขั้นพื้นฐาน (Fundamental of Enterprise Risk Management) หลักสูตรบูรณาการ GRC (Integrated GRC) เป็นต้น เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถในการระบุปัจจัยเสี่ยง ประเมินผลกระทบของความเสี่ยง และก� ำหนดมาตรการบริหาร จัดการความเสี่ยง GC has organized activities and projects as well as established diverse communication channels to convey about risk management, internal control system, and business continuity, such as Intranet, Newsletter, E-Learning. Digital system has been implemented as a channel to report emergency incidents and to serve as a data collection platform i.e., the Incident Management System (IMS), to strengthen the organization’s risk culture. Additionally, in 2021, GC has enhanced the E-Learning platform to cover Governance, Risk Management and Internal Control, and Compliance, or GRC. GC has then continued to arrange additional trainings for executives and employees across the organization. In 2021, GC has developed our online learning platform, or Up Learning Platform, on the Integrated GRC training to enable all employees in learning about Integrated GRC anywhere and at any time.
