Business Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance จรรยาบรรณธุรกิจและการปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง บริษัทฯ ด� ำเนินธุรกิจโดยยึดหลักจรรยาบรรณธุรกิจ (Business Code of Conduct) ควบคู่กับความรับผิดชอบต่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย ตลอดโซ่ อุปทาน ซึ่ง เป็ นปั จจัยส� ำคัญที่ส่ ง เ สริมให้ การด� ำเนินธุรกิจประสบความส� ำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืน และป้องกัน ความเสี่ยงจากการไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับสากล โดยก� ำหนดให้ คณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานทุกระดับยึดถือ และปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติ ในการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชันของบริษัทฯ คู่มือการก� ำกับ ดูแลกิจการที่ดีและจรรยาบรรณธุรกิจ อย่างเคร่งครัด นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ ยังสื่อสารและเผยแพร่จรรยาบรรณธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ให้กับผู้มีส่วนได้เสียที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น คู่ค้า ลูกค้า บริษัทในกลุ่ม และพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ ผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสาร ที่หลากหลาย เพื่อให้รับทราบแนวทางการด� ำเนินธุรกิจอย่างมี จริยธรรม พร้อมน� ำไปปฏิบัติใช้เพื่อเสริมสร้างสัมพันธภาพ อันดีและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนร่วมกัน โดยในปี 2564 บริษัทฯ ได้สานต่อและต่อยอดโครงการฝึกอบรม การสื่อสาร และการประ เมินผลในด้ านการก� ำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี จรรยาบรรณธุรกิจและการก� ำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไป ตามกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องให้แก่ผู้บริหารและ พนักงานทุกระดับ โดยน� ำ Digital Platform เข้ามาช่วย ปรับปรุงกระบวนการและวิธีการท� ำงานให้รวดเร็ว และ ตอบสนองกับวิถีการท� ำงานใหม่ (Smart Governance) เพื่อเน้นย�้ ำการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง จรรยาบรรณธุรกิจ นโยบาย และระเบียบ ภายในของบริษัทฯ ได้อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน GC is committed to operating its business in compliance with Business Code of Conduct while enhancing the responsibi l i ty towards var ious stakeholders in the value chain. These are the key element in achieving the Company’s sustainable business and success. GC further aims to prevent and minimize non-compliance risks related to the business operation at national and international levels. In this regard, GC has determined that the Board of Directors, executives, and employees shall strictly adhere to and comply with GC’s Anti-corruption Policy and practice, and the Corporate Governance & Business Code of Conduct Handbook. Additionally, GC has continually disseminated the Business Code of Conduct to all relevant stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, subsidiaries, and joint ventures through various channels, so that they would acknowledge our ethical business practices and apply them to their own business in order to foster good relationship and promote sustainable development together. In 2021, GC has continually organized training, communication, and evaluation projects on corporate governance, business code of conduct and corporate compliance for all executives and employees.
