ความเสี่ยงจากโซ่อุปทาน อาทิ การละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชน ของคู่ค้ า หรือการด� ำเนินงานของคู่ค้ าที่ไม่สอดคล้ อง กับนโยบายบริษัทฯ อาจก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อการด� ำเนิน ธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ เช่น การขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบ การเสีย ภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี เป็นต้น บริษัทฯ จึงบริหารจัดการโซ่อุปทาน ตั้งแต่กระบวนการคัดเลือกคู่ค้า จนถึงการประเมินผล การด� ำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ครอบคลุมการด� ำเนินธุรกิจ อย่างรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และการก� ำกับดูแลที่ดี อาทิ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสีเขียว หรือการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างที่ค� ำนึงถึง สิ่งแวดล้อม การบริหารจัดการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนตลอด โซ่อุปทาน และการปฏิบัติงานที่สอดคล้องกับจรรยาบรรณ ในการปฏิบัติต่อคู่ค้าของบริษัทฯ (Supplier Code of Conduct) เพื่อให้บริษัทฯ คู่ค้า และลูกค้าเติบโตร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน ตลอดโซ่อุปทาน Supply chain risks, such as violation of human rights or suppliers’ incompliance with GC’s policies, may affect business operations in manners such as feedstock material shortage, negative reputation, etc. In this regard, GC’s supply chain is thoroughly managed from supplier selection process through to continuous audits of their performance. This includes conducting business under the principles of good governance with responsibility towards the environment society and corporate governance; for example, green procurement, human rights management across the supply chain and compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct, to ensure the shared sustainable growth of GC, suppliers and customers throughout the supply chain. Sustainable Supplier Management การบริหารจัดการคู่ค้าอย่างยั่งยืน บริษัทฯ สื่อสาร และติดตามประเมินผลการด� ำเนินงาน ด้าน ESG ของคู่ค้าเป็นประจ� ำทุกปี อีกทั้งยังจัดให้มีการตรวจ ประเมินผลการด� ำเนินงานด้าน ESG ของคู่ค้าที่ส� ำคัญ (1st Tier Critical Suppl ier) โดยหน่วยงานภายนอก อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อประเมินผลการท� ำงานของคู่ค้าให้สอดคล้อง กับจรรยาบรรณในการปฏิบัติต่อคู่ค้าของบริษัทฯ ที่มุ่งเน้น การด� ำเนินงานที่รับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และการก� ำกับกิจการที่ดี ได้แก่ สิทธิมนุษยชนและสิทธิแรงงาน ความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย การบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม จริยธรรม และการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ซึ่งคู่ค้าของบริษัทฯ ต้องปฏิบัติ ตามอย่างเคร่งครัด อีกทั้งบริษัทฯ ยังส่งเสริมคู่ค้าให้มีการ ด� ำเนินธุรกิจและกระบวนการท� ำงานที่โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ โดยจัดให้มีกิจกรรม Corporate Governance Development ซึ่งได้เชิญคู่ค้าจ� ำนวน 90 บริษัทเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ ยังประยุกต์ใช้ เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย ในการบริหารจัดการคู่ค้า อาทิ ระบบเทคโนโลยี Robotic Process Automat ion (RPA) ในกระบวนการจัดหา และระบบแชทบอท (GC Procurement Chat BOT) เพื่อลดขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน และให้ การด� ำเนินงาน ของบริษัทฯ มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น GC communicates with suppliers about ESG and evaluates their ESG performance annually. 1st Tier Critical Suppliers are audited by external parties to ensure that their performance align with the GC Code of Conduct which emphasizes responsible actions towards the society and corporate governance, including human and labour rights, safety, occupational health, environmental management, ethics, and legal compliance. Suppliers are obligated to strictly comply to these practices. GC also encourages transparency and accountability in suppliers’ businesses and processes. In doing so, we invited 90 suppliers to join the Corporate Governance Development program.
