GC attends the annual Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD) meeting at both the council and associate levels

On October 1, 2019, Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited GC, together with Dr. Chaya Chandavasu, Senior Vice President of Sustainability and Corporate Branding, attended the annual Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD) meeting at both the council and associate levels, which was held at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao in Bangkok. The meeting included the launch of TBCSD’s New Chapter which will drive strategies in new directions to increase sustainability and achieve the corporate vision and mission of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), together with the provision of its policies and an effective operational framework. Dr. Chandavasu also joined the launch of TBCSD’s New Chapter which aims to help further drive the sustainability of Thailand’s business sector.

GC is a proud member of the TBCSD,. which was has been operating for 26 years by a group of leading businesses in Thailand along with the Thailand Environment Institute (TEI), ), which is responsible for TBCSD's Secretariat Office. Currently, TBCSD has over 40 member companies covering a comprehensive range of Thailand’s main industries
