Share:

GC, led by Dr. Chaya Chandavasu, Senior Vice President, Sustainability and Corporate Branding, teamed up with its partner, Dear Tummy, a new lifestyle supermarket under the "Green Store" concept at ICONSIAM, Bangkok.

Dear Tummy is the first supermarket in Thailand to announce a ban on using single-use plastic for product packaging and bags, while encouraging its customers to bring their own containers or use bioplastic bags with the GC Compostable label, which is made from plants and is biodegradable. Furthermore, all Dear Tummy sales assistants wear T-shirts produced by the “Upcycling by GC” project which is made from plastic waste.
