GC has been actively engaged in activities to promote and support the public relations effort to restore the image and tourism of Koh Samet and Rayong Province following the oil spill at the end of 2013. These efforts have continued under two main initiatives: 1) Public relations through media and activities in collaboration with the press, and 2) Special activities to promote the image and boost tourism of Koh Samet, in cooperation with local agencies and communities, to enhance tourists' confidence, create jobs, and generate income for local businesses and residents.

In 2023, the company implemented 12 projects to promote and support tourism in Koh Samet and Rayong province. These projects were carried out in collaboration with 57 fishing groups along the 120-kilometer coastline of Rayong province. Examples of these projects include the Crab Bank Project, the Dog Conch Bank Project, the Areola Babylon Bank Project, the Seafood Processing Project, the Marine Species Release Project, the Fisheries Career Development Learning Center Project, the Mangrove Reforestation Project, and the Fish Aggregating Device.
