Born to Be a Young Star by GC Project

The ‘Born to Be a Young Star by GC’ project is developing the skills and capabilities of the younger generation in communities in Rayong, so they are ready to pursue their preferred careers. It also inspires young people to follow their dreams, be proud to be Thai and provides valuable knowledge and an understanding of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) initiative which is meeting the requirements of the job market today and in the future.

While knowledge stays with us for a lifetime, learning remains a continuous and never-ending process....

Because Rayong is our home, we started the ‘Born to be a Young Star by GC’ project in 2018, now in its third year, to build skills, improve capabilities and competitiveness, and develop careers for young graduates. The project focuses on locals aged 20-27 by providing the requisite knowledge on the importance of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) which can be a part of their future careers and is a collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, or YEC Rayong. The goal is to ensure that participants can tap into future employment opportunities.

Each year, the project selects 60 young graduates who join the camp for three days and participate in team building activities, seminars and workshops. Many are later recruited by companies under GC Group and PTT Group

GC Group will continue to create opportunities and improve our hometown and society.
