Currently, the world is turning its attention towards the use of recycled packaging to preserve the environment. Multinational companies in various industries are starting to use PCR PET (Post Consumer Recycled PET) in food packaging, such as Pepsi and Nestlé.
Today, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), in collaboration with its customers and partners, is committed to innovating products for the betterment of society and the environment. In one such initiative, through ENVICCO, GC is creating PCR PET plastic pellets to be used in food and beverage packaging (Food Grade) under the InnoEco brand to meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging solutions.

Today, ENVICCO is ready for commercial operation as a joint venture between GC and ALPLA, two global leaders in the plastic and plastic recycling packaging business. Both companies are committed to preserving the value of plastic as much as possible.
ENVICCO will restore value to used plastic by using 100% post-consumer plastic waste from households in the country. Processed through advanced technology from Europe, the resulting high-quality plastic pellets are transformed into new products with properties that are comparable to those made from virgin plastic.
This plant is part of the company’s long-term strategic plan in line with the circular economy, with the aim of completing the value chain and creating job opportunities in the community, while also aligning with the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) Model of Thailand.
