Established in 1991, the Top Employer Award is given to organizations with excellent HR practices that meet global standard from Top Employers Institute in the Netherlands. Currently, there are 1,500 organizations globally receiving the award including leading organizations in the petrochemical industry: Dow, Sabic, Evonik, and BP.

This year, GC was recognized as one of the leading organizations in Thailand having received the 2021 Top Employer Thailand Award for the third consecutive year, along with 15 well-known organizations such as AIA, DHL Express, and True Corporation.
