Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, Chief Executive Officer of GC, and his executive team presented CoviClear or the silver nanoparticle disinfection unit, which is designed to help lower the risk of contracting COVID-19 along with raw materials in producing two types of disinfectant liquid namely; triethanolamine (TEA) for which GC is the only manufacturer in Thailand, and Pharmaceutical-grade glycerine for use in CoviClear to Chulalongkorn Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society in which the donation was received by Prof. Dr. Suttipong Wacharasindhu, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Sittipunt, Associate Dean for Planning and Development Department, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nakarin Sirisabya, Assistant Dean for Planning and Development Department, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University.

CoviClear is an innovation developed by GC that increases the disinfection and prevention of germs by releasing silver nanoparticles through a micron-sized nozzle in the form of a vapor. The vapor pairs the silver nanoparticles with viruses, bacteria and other diseases which a person carries, including on their clothing, killing them on contact without causing any harm.
