PTTGC Collaborates with Thai Union Group in Developing Packaging, Products and Raw Materials to Encourage Sustainable Business Operations

Khun Supattanapong Punmeechaow, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Global Chemical PLC and Khun Thiraphong Chansiri, Chief Executive Officer, Thai Union Group PLC, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a collaborating effort to research and develop plastic packaging and products as well as raw materials for use with Thai Union’s products, which are inclusive of petroleum-based plastic and bio-based plastic in order to create value-added features to Thai Union’s seafood business, reduce production cost and create sustainable and environment-friendly innovation. On this occasion, executives of the two companies were present as witnesses on November 2, 2017 at Centara Grand Central Ladprao, Bangkok.
